‭‭以賽亞書‬ ‭30:15‬
主耶和華－以色列的聖者曾如此說： 你們得救在乎歸回安息； 你們得力在乎平靜安穩； 你們竟自不肯。

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭30:15‬

The Almighty Lord, Israel’s Holy God says this: ‘Turn back to me and wait for me to help you. Be quiet and trust in me. Then you will be safe and you will be strong again.’ But you do not want to trust in God.

親愛的弟兄啊，有一件事你們不可忘記，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。 主所應許的尚未成就，有人以為他是躭延，其實不是躭延，乃是寬容你們，不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。 彼得後書 3:8‭-‬9

My friends, here is one thing that you must remember. In the Lord God’s mind, one day and 1,000 years are the same. For him, 1,000 years is like just one day. The Lord is not being slow to do what he has promised to do. Some people may think that he is being slow to do it. But he is being patient with you. He does not want to destroy anyone. He wants all people to turn away from the wrong things that they do. 2 Peter 3:8‭-‬9

第一要緊的，該知道經上所有的預言沒有可隨私意解說的； 因為預言從來沒有出於人意的，乃是人被聖靈感動，說出上帝的話來。
彼得後書 1:20‭-‬21

It is very important that you should understand this: The prophets’ messages in the Bible did not come from their own ideas. That never happens. None of the prophets’ messages came because any person wanted to say something. Instead, God’s Holy Spirit caused people to speak words that came from God. 2 Peter 1:20‭-‬21

所以，你們要自卑，服在上帝大能的手下，到了時候，他必叫你們升高。 你們要將一切的憂慮卸給上帝，因為他顧念你們。 彼得前書 5:6‭-‬7

Remember that God is strong and powerful. So be humble in front of him. Then he will lift you up to a good place at the right time. If you have any kind of trouble in your mind, give it to God. God has promised to take care of you. 1 Peter 5:6‭-‬7

你們蒙了重生，不是由於能壞的種子，乃是由於不能壞的種子，是藉着上帝活潑常存的道。 因為 凡有血氣的，盡都如草； 他的美榮都像草上的花。 草必枯乾，花必凋謝； 惟有主的道是永存的。 所傳給你們的福音就是這道。
彼得前書 1:23‭-‬25

You have received a new life. It is not people that gave you this new life. The human kind of life does not continue for ever. But God’s new life does not come to an end. You have been born again into a new life, because you believed God’s message. That message continues to be true and it does not change. The Bible says: ‘All people are like grass. They may seem beautiful for a short time, like flowers that grow in the fields. But grass soon becomes dry and it dies. Flowers soon fall to the ground. But the Lord God’s message will continue for ever.’ That message is the good news about Jesus Christ, which people have taught you. 1 Peter 1:23‭-‬25

人所行的，在自己眼中都看為正； 惟有耶和華衡量人心。 行仁義公平 比獻祭更蒙耶和華悅納。 箴言 21:2‭-‬3

Everybody thinks that he always does right things. But it is the Lord who knows your thoughts. Do what is right and fair. That gives pleasure to the Lord more than sacrifice. Proverbs 21:2‭-‬3

一句責備話深入聰明人的心， 強如責打愚昧人一百下。 箴言 17:10

You can tell a wise man that he has done something wrong. He will learn from that, but a fool learns nothing. He will not learn, even if someone hits him 100 times. Proverbs 17:10

耶和華所恨惡的有六樣， 連他心所憎惡的共有七樣： 就是高傲的眼， 撒謊的舌， 流無辜人血的手， 圖謀惡計的心， 飛跑行惡的腳， 吐謊言的假見證， 並弟兄中布散紛爭的人。 箴言 6:16‭-‬19

There are 6 things that the Lord does not like. There are 7 things that he hates: A person who thinks that he is great A mouth that speaks false things Hands that kill people that have done nothing wrong A mind that decides to do what is wrong Feet that hurry to do bad things A person who gives false reports of what he has seen Someone who causes trouble among friends. Proverbs 6:16‭-‬19

要使你的泉源蒙福； 要喜悅你幼年所娶的妻。 她如可愛的麀鹿，可喜的母鹿； 願她的胸懷使你時時知足， 她的愛情使你常常戀慕。 我兒，你為何戀慕淫婦？ 為何抱外女的胸懷？ 箴言 5:18‭-‬20

So be happy with your wife. You married her when you were young. Enjoy the woman that you married. She is pretty and she is as nice to watch as a young animal. Let her body keep you happy at all times. Always enjoy her love. You should not give your love to another woman, my son. You should not go to another man’s wife. Proverbs 5:18‭-‬20
